1. Orders & Pre-Ordering Policy
- All desserts are made fresh to order.
- Customers must place their orders by before 8:00 PM to be eligible for next-day delivery.
- Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be modified or cancelled.
2. Payment Policy
- We operate on a prepaid-only basis.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available under any circumstances.
- All payments must be completed online at checkout to confirm the order.
- Orders without successful payment will not be processed.
3. Pricing & Taxes
- All prices listed on the website are in AED/ Dirhams and are inclusive of applicable transfer charges as per Ziina transfer terms.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but confirmed orders will not be affected.
4. Product Information & Allergens
- While we take utmost care in preparation, our kitchen handles ingredients such as nuts, dairy, gluten, eggs, and soy.
- Cross-contamination may occur, and we do not guarantee allergen-free products.
- Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions and allergen information before ordering.

- Product images on the website are for illustration purposes only.
- Actual products may vary slightly in appearance due to lighting/ size appeared in image, etc.
6. Customer Responsibility
- Customers must ensure all order details (delivery address, contact number, date) are accurate.
- Any loss or delay due to incorrect information will be the customer’s responsibility.
